I graduated from La Sierra University in Riverside, California with a degree in Communication in 1997.  I served as a Special Projects Editor for Loma Linda University, Publicity Assistant for XM Satellite Radio, and most recently, as Associate Editor for the Columbia Union Visitor magazine as well as assistant director for communication services. I have been published in several magazines, and have conducted communication-related workshops and speaking engagements. Writing and communication projects are my passions.
